To live in on-campus housing, you must have a valid NWFSC student identification card and be enrolled in at least six credit hours for the entirety of your leasing term.
You can request to be placed in an apartment with a friend of your same gender, or you can choose to participate in our roommate matching services, wherein we will assign you a roommate that most closely aligns with your lifestyle and interests.
While Raider Village is a co-ed housing facility, each individual apartment is strictly male-only or female-only. Guests are allowed in the communal spaces until 10PM each night.
Your lease will align with the academic school year, beginning in the Fall term and ending exactly twelve months later.
Rent is due on the first of every month, and can be paid through our resident portal. Our prepaid discount plan is distributed into seven payments instead of twelve, and saves you $25 per month.
You do not need a guarantor to live at Raider Village if you are able to pass our background and income checks. If you cannot pass these checks, we work with a company that can act as your guarantor.
We are proud to offer a valet trash service five days a week; simply place the provided trash can outside the apartment door to have your trash taken out by our team.
Our leases are by-the-bed, meaning you are not financially responsible if your roommate breaks their lease, fails to pay their rent, or damages their assigned bedroom in the shared apartment.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, and will be addressed by our maintenance crew as soon as possible. 24/7 emergency maintenance is also available.
Raider Village has cameras located in the communal resident areas and on the outside of the building. Student identification cards, along with a valid keyfob, are required to enter the building.
There is a $175 administrative fee to apply to live at Raider Village, and a security deposit of $300 is required to move in.
